No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with anyone for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every sharing category in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you:
With service providers that help us run the business, such as our scheduling and booking software, website host, and email and messaging providers. They may use it only to provide services to us.
With the crew member or service partner assigned to your job, limited to what they need to do the work (for example, your name, address, contact details, and job notes).

None of this sharing includes mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent for marketing purposes.
AI assistant
We may use an AI assistant for first replies and scheduling help. Quotes and job details are reviewed by a person before anything is finalized.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide services, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements, and then delete or de-identify it.
